Charge Session Details & Receipt Data Now Available

What's New
Two improvements are now live in the Partner Data Warehouse, giving your teams richer data for reconciliation and reporting — no manual joins required.

Charge session details on transactions

Transaction records for charge sessions now include the charge point ID, charge point name, and session timestamps (start, stop, completed). This means your teams can see exactly where and when a charge happened directly from the transaction data.

Receipt data in Snowflake

A new receipts model is now available, exposing receipt and invoice numbers alongside wallet transaction data. Your teams can query receipt identifiers directly from Snowflake for faster, more accurate reconciliation.

Why It Matters These changes reduce the manual work needed to reconcile charges and match receipts. Your finance and operations teams get the data they need in one place, without extra joins or workarounds.

How to Use Query your existing transaction views to access the new charge session columns (metadata_charge_point_id, metadata_charge_point_name, metadata_charge_starting_at, metadata_charge_stopped_at, metadata_charge_completed_at) Query the new receipts model for receipt numbers, financials, and price breakdowns linked to your wallet transactions
